Description
This control center is located deep within Tu'lia, it contains a giant crystal that is used to power the entire island. Note: This area is used for only one mission.

The Celstial Nexus is Where you fight the Arch Duke and his kid brother in seperate fights. The fight with the duke can be reached from the very top of Delkfutt Tower, and the fight with his brother is reached through sky. If you don't have these missions flagged... well.. there is nothing to see there.
ZM18 "Apocalypse Nigh" is a battle with the Duke and his kid brother at the same time.. it does exist and is fought in the same zone where you fight Promathia.. The Empearyl Paradox *spelling*

This is where the ZM16 (this mission is even called: The Celestial Nexus) fight takes place. There is no ZM18, by the way, and ZM17 is just cutscenes.
In order to reach this area, you must enter the Shrine of Ru'Avitau from Genbu's island, then head west as if you were heading to Byakko.
Pass through the yellow doors, and once you reach the room with both the yellow and blue monoliths, head south.
Follow that path all the way around the circle to the south side, where there's a path that heads north. Take that path to a large spiral staircase, and follow that all the way down to the basement. Follow that path along into the Celestial Nexus.

Actually this isn't completely correct . The CSs when you enter Celestial Nexus at start of the final boss fight is ZM16 . ZM17 is the boss fight and final CS for the Zilart missions.

I really wanna see the Celestial Nexus, but I am told too many different nways of how you get here.

If you go to the northeast island, to the entrance where Faust is, down the stairs, this is the correct way. Enter, but instead of going up the stairs right away, turn right instead. Work your way to the middle of the map and down a spiral staircase. At the bottom, you are there!

Well, the in-game map says it's in Tu'Lia, past La'loff somewhere. Other than that, I have no idea. Maybe there's some kind of teleporter, like the way you get to Dynamis? Not sure what's up with the orb-type enemy in there either... very curious indeed.
Eh? ... Anyone know ANYTHING about this place?
