The Dilapidated Gate for riverine a1 and b1 access is F-7 on this map. like harnao said you need to complete certain amount of CoP to get access. Good Luck ^^
You just ahve to follow the CoP Chapter 2 missions until you finish all the objectives that let you in. Access to the Cape Rivern is granted by compleating missions, just like Sky and Sea access.

Is it true that if you stand and watch the coast line long enough you get to see a dragon out over the water? Rumor I've heard but haven't checked.

Rheywolf- BLM is a glass cannon. Sure, they can MB Freeze on a slime for 6,000 damage. But it takes the average beastman 3.5 seconds to disembowel a BLM and unceremoniously defile the remains.

new nm bat pop, its a red bat called Upyri. drops : vampire cloak vampire mask looks about lev 65 maybe it didnt argo me or give xp @75 but was a decent fight does a drain buff affect which slowly killed all my buff by end of fight an has a decent amoutnt of HP.
Maybe i'm alone, but i'm looking forward to being able to log here.

A bomb NM spawns here. He has a rare drop for THF pants that give 2% haste and an uncommon drop for a ring that gives some decent stats for a BST. Pops only in the morning and foggy weather. But if there is foggy weather its a 100% pop chance.
Many of the mobs in this area are slightly higher then Lufaise Meadows. on my PLD(51) things here were mainly Easy Prey+ and barley any Too Weaks, while in Lufaise there were many more Too Weak and seldom Easy Prey+(besides the level 75+ Rams and birds in one area) Also these two zones surround Tavnazia Safehold.

He spawns around the A01 Gate, I don't know his level, but a JP LS was kiting him and took about 10-15% HP off in about 30 minutes fighting.
