First install the expansion, and go to Jeuno and talk to the receptionist at Lower Jeuno Tenshodo Headquarters and choose the third hidden blank alternative, she will give ya the quest. Same for the redhair guy :P

plz can some1 tell me how to get to whitegate

Can any fisherman please inform me of the fish that are found in Aht Urghan Whitegate, northern and southern boat docks. Being a fisherman myself, and completely new to this area, I would completely appreciate it. And if you have any info on their level caps and what bait and lures they will take.

Also, I ask for the same thing if you fisherman now anything about fish in any of the zones in the far easy, as I am comletely unfamiliar with those fish, their cost, their skillcaps, etc. With so many more fish available, it seems like it would be easier to find fish that will raise your fishing skill more quickly.

Send these info to me in either replies, through my private mail on this server, on my PlayOnline email account at zaldor@pol.com, or my home account just for my roleplaying characters at zaldor@sbcglobal.net. Anyone who contributes will be mentioned when I put a more accurate fishing guide on the site, which is something that is definately needed.

Other than that, I will ask a simple question that can be answered in a reply. My fishing skill is at 19. Do you know any fish at any of the docks in Aht Urghan Whitegate, or any zones in the east, that will help me raise my skill, as the Nebimonite seems to be the only fish right now that will raise my stats at a semi-reasonable rate back west. alright, those trying to get to whitegate, this is what i did

1. MAKE SURE YOUR EXPANSIONS ARE INSTALLED AND REGISTERED. Content Id and register your expansions. Didnt register mines after i installed and wus like wtf.

2. Talk to Faursel in J-8 tenshedo HQ. This does require membership to tenshedo so make sure you have it.

3. Select the 3rd option he'll give u a speech about how cool u are and shiet and give u 3 options on how to get too white gate, beginner , intermidate, and advanced. These will be the items u gather ranging from diffculty. The lower the difficutly the easier it is, you just have to collect a shiet load of items.

Beginnger: Basically the subjob items:
1. Crab apron 2. Damselfly worm 3. makiged skull 4. bloody robe 5. wild rab tail 6. dhsmel spit (something like that)

Dont fool with intermediate, its 3 items to gather but its a pain

Advanced: Which is easier for high lvls or if you have high lvl help
he'll ask for one coffer key from certain places, Davoi, sea serpet qhutto, Castle Ortezja, Beadreux, and a few other places, I personally got the Sea serpnent coffer
or he'll ask for a job testimony, (the one u give to maat for genkai 5)

either do those or pay him 500000 gil for a pass if you got mad moneys

after traded or paying he'll ask you to wait 1 vanadiel day for pass (hr in earth time) then he'll give you pass for whitegate.

*Note* to get there you need to board ship at muhara, this we'll take you there, no selbina boat will not take you there

Question: Are there any threads or links where I can see/read strats on or about Assault Missions?

Im not sure if this is posted elsewhere so Ill just post it here.

I tried out the additional food effect you can buy while getting sanction in town for 100 imperial standing points. As long as sanction was in effect, melon pie (a 30 minute food) lasted for 50 minutes. So the meal effect adds about 20 minutes (85% increase to duration just about). Seems well worth it for only 100 points. If anyone happens to try this with 60 or 180 minute food, let us know if the increase is a base +20 or what.
