Palborough Mines  

Ok, im sure you have heard these stories about the kazham airship pass quest before but i gota add mine too because its fairly funny now that my rage has subsided after 4 or so hours. Was serching around for the last few days on lvl 3, couldnt find where the heck the copper quads were... i dont have a map so i kept getting lost. X_X; oh well, but i finaly figured out where they were and went charging headlong in... bad move, two old quadavs and one copper... thankfully they all had their backs turned, so i slowly walk away. waited a few mineuts trying to figure out how to draw them one at a time when a small group runs by and picks up the copper and one old, so i grab the other old and proceide to beat him down, after a 200tp red lotus and my 2 hour i beat him with roughly 60 health left. HE WAS EASY PREY WTF!!! so i heal and proceid a lil further. i see a copper, same situation but i have some tp left over from my last fight so i target him and hit ranged attack... no sooner had i pulled out my boomerang than a brass quad spawened about two feet infront and to the left at me with an evil grin in his eyes... so i ran, very quickly, in the general direction of the exit (still no map), dragging every single quadave on lvl 3 with me... i get down to somewhere on the second lvl when it finaly happens... dead end. so i try and run the gauntlet, of course to no avail and end up dying at the hands of roughly 18 quadav. im not exactly sure on the number because its hard to figure out how many of them were inside other ones. but the best i could figure was 18+... i hate this place. i realy realy do.

Actually, if you don't mind not getting the occasional rare ore as often as other mines, Palborough can be pretty easy money. Last night I mined for about an hour and a half and made about 30K off of the other stuff (mostly mythrils and irons). Add in the fact that there are also several easy NMs that spawn here (even one that drops a 15K greatsword) and you can make some money in no time.

I myself have never heard the rumor about Field Gear hampering your chances of getting Platinum ores. That just sounds like pure speculation made by someone who had a bad mining excursion while wearing it. Some people just get extremely lucky. I wear the field gear everytime I go and let me tell you, the gear is the reason I make any money off of this mine. Otherwise I'd be stuck getting nothing but copper, tin, and zinc ores. With it on, I mined 9 mythril, 7 iron, 5 zinc, and 5 silver and only lost 14 pickaxes out of a total of 36.

Granted the mine points are a little too far apart, but as there's still money to be made in this mine. I prefer to mine in it because I don't get any aggro at all in there. I try to mine in Gusgen but even at lvl 43 I still get chased around. It's also nice because it's right next to Bastok, so you can mine your heart out and then run straight to Bastok to sell your wares (and they sell FAST in Bastok). Zeruhn Mines is also right next to it (which I've heard is better for getting iron ores) so if you get sick of Palborough, just go next door. Mining is half luck. Just stick with it and the money will come rolling in.

Can Any1 tell me wat does Mythril Seam Does, when i dig, i got mine gravel, can any1 tell me is there any other ore u can dig up from it??

Can anyone re-post the mining point maps ? (Like ... all minning points in the game and the ores you get from it lol)

coz i have full set field gear and i wanna go mining and earn $$ ^^

When your mining they usually have about 2 or 3 mps open at a time i think. It really matters how big the spot is too.

Where are some mining points in the mines(either Zeruhn or Palborough mines)?
I AM IN NEED OF MONEY!!!!
