yeah i fought this NM with a party of 5 and got killed cuz one genius used a diaga spell and aggroed 2 more giants . good move . wasnt that tuff till mp ran out. lol.

The last PT i was in yesterday was fighting at Delkfuts Tower to lvl at the Giants!

One brought to PLer with him and we were fighting withouta brake xD
Then someone said...bring something really tough xD
And then he was coming with this Mob xD
I saw him before...but at that time a Lvl 50 Char was soloing him!
I checked him and he was impoosible to gauge!
I thought we would never make it...but we really did DMG and only in half a minute he lost 15% of his HP...but then suddenly used Hundred Fists and there we go xD
Every 3-5 Seconds another PT Member died!

BTW Isn´t this thing a NM? He spawns after certain amount of time (around 1-2 Hours) He is a One of a Kind and he has a Special Design. That is what classifies a NM to me!

BTW: I haven´t got the Map of Delkfut. But he spawns in the West Wing of Lower Delkfut when you climb the first stairs in the West. At the Top of the stairs there´s a Path to the left to a single Circular Room. There he spawns!

i installed CoP and was in delkfutt at the time leveling my sub.. what lvl do i have to be to come back in and start chapter 1? I went in and out of the tower to check. My main is 50 btw, thanks.

I was going through here the other night on my way to kill some dolls and pots when i noticed an incredibly huge doll called a Disater Idol, that conned immpossible to guage, fighting a little taru red mage in full AF. Naturally I decided to stop and watch because i had never seen one before and i wanted to see just about how tough it was. At first niether one of them had any damage taken when i got there, so as i was switching back and forth from each of them checking their life bars All of a sudden the rdm's health drops to half then he dies on the next attack. I had alot of filters on at the time so i didnt see exactly how much damage was caused. So I stand there typing getting ready to shout for a raise for the rdm, thinking "Its an Idol, they only aggro on magic I'll be fine." WRONG! It turns to me and starts casting Thunder II or III, I dont remember which, I started running at that point. I take a couple hundred points of damage from the thunder, then it hits me for around 120 then 80. I guess it runs really slow because that was all i got hit with before I made it to the zone. While I was resting outside I see a bunch of other 60+ players running into the tower, after I heal, I run back inside to see if they were fighting it but, by the time i got to where it was everyone was gone and i didnt see the idol anywhere. I'm assuming this was a new NM introduced with CoP, but not sure. Has anyone else seen this or know anything about it?

I thought I would post this here because I'm not sure if it will be added as an update. If you have "Chains of Promathia" installed zone into the Tower to start your first mission. My main character is lvl 58 PLD rank 5 so I'm not sure if there is a lvl and/or rank requirement. After the cutscene zone into Upper Jueno. After that cutscene go to the infirmory and talk to the Elvaan doctor there. I can't remember his name but he is in the far left room as you enter sitting in a chair. After that cutscene you will get a key item called "mysterious amulet." After that go to Ru'Lude Gardens --> Grand Palace--> Guard's Room and talk to the Elvaan guard on the right. This will lead you on the path to enter Promyvion and Taznavia. Sorry that's all I know for now.

Beware, mobs here tend to do things unlike they do elsewhere and they also tend to be at the highest part of their possible lvl range. I was hit by a leecher today with Banish II for 94 dmg on my lvl 40 DRK. To put that in perspective, imagine catching Banish II's from leechers in Valkurm Dunes while you were lvling a lvl 18 job ^^ Just a warning to those unfamilar with the Tower.

Have Killed Epialtes Three times now.

First time was with 2 party alliance of around 27's.

Other two times were with a group of 28-29. Didn't need 2 Hrs.

Got 56 xp so I'm assuming its around level 32-33.
Drops Gigas Socks, and the crappy defense 2 level 7 warrior shield.

we could defeat the NM + a add quite easily with a 2pt alliance
we were all lvl 24-27 i think

The entrance to this tower is in the zone Qufin, which is below Port Jeuno. Location of the tower in Qufin is F-6
