At level 30, aside from Yhoator Jungle, theres one other popular place that a number of people party at before heading into Garliage Citadel at level 32ish. In Sauromogue Champaigne, south of the zone to Rolanberry Fields there is one of those bone wall things with Weapons walking on or near it. You can camp to the west this wall in a large alcove and have someone pull the Weapons to you. This place is decent exp from about 29-32 and is safe from wandering aggro.
if you go there on my server youll see parties there leveling fairly often sometimes 2 or 3 even, which is really a bit much for that areas mobs to supply. Your best bet on a place to wait with your seek party flag up is either Port Jeuno or Kazham however. And once you hit 31 any area in Jeuno is best. Although you may still occasionaly get invites elswhere, even back to the Elshimo region most will be at said area or in Garliage Citadel near it.
