Getting access to this place was more annoying than getting access to sky. Although some of the scenery is pretty cool. Was hoping to do some DRG or BST exping down here someday. :)

Did this quest as a level 56 BST with only rank 3. Leveled my fame some and did all the the Rhinostery quests. I did not need to do the "Say it with Flowers Quest". I did go to the NPC though first, just never completed it.

Once I got the blue ribbon, they kept giving me the Water quest over again. I did it a 2nd time and talked to NPC, zone then received a cutscene and the certificate.

All of this was a major pain and seemed to take forever. Lots of running around.

where is the zone for this place in windy? i got the certificate, i have no idea how to get in there.

Can someone tell me where to buy the map for this place?

Just to make it alittle easier, I already did the research for you. Here's step by step the quests required on how to get entrance to the canal.

Kerutoto (Rhinostery, Windurst Waters) asks you to buy food for himself and two busy researchers (Ohbiru-Dohbiru & Kenapa-Keppa). Make sure actually talk to the other two to get their orders:
· Kerutoto needs a Grilled Hare. This is made via trade skills or bought at the Culinarian Guild. Reward = 440 Gil.
· Kenapa-Keppa needs a Boiled Egg. You can buy this from the restaurant in Windurst Waters. reward = 120 Gil, or make it yourself: Fire Crystal + Bird Egg + Distilled Water
· Ohbiru-Dohbiru needs Windurst Tea, Tortilla, and clump of Pamtam kelp. The tea and tortilla can be bought at the restaurant in Windurst Waters. Kelp is caught with fishing or bought at the Fishing Guild. Reward - 440 Gil

Talk to Kenapa-Keppa over and over until he starts to repeate himself. He will eventualy give you this quest. Go to Mhaura and look for Kotan-Puritan. She appears at night near the ticket booth. She will give you some luggage to take back. You then have to make it back to Windurst Waters before dawn. This is hard to do without having a way to teleport. Talk to Kenapa again for your reward.

Ohbiru-Dohbiru is in the Rhinostary. He asks you to go to Giddeus and get him some water from the spring there. Take the container he gives you to Giddeus to either of the springs (E-12 and K-12) and fill it up and bring it back for your reward.

To get this quest you have to have completed the Rhinostery quests mentioned in one of the posts below. You talk to Roberta in Nchaa's Good Goods store and she'll give you the questand the Purple Ribbon. After that you take the ribbon to Kerutoto in the Rhinostery in Windurst Waters. He gives you 3600 gil for it and tells you he will investigate it. After a short time (I don't know how long exactly after I gave it to him I went and did some other things for a while, but it should only be a few hours at the most, probably less) he will finish his investigation. Anyway, he then gives you the purple ribbon back and once you have it you can then trade it to the Hume Bones in The Eldeime Necropolis. This will spawn the Lich C Magnus. He's pretty easy, I've seen RDM's solo him around 60 (as long as you can stun or silence him when he casts AM). I had 3 people around 60 when I did it and he went down pretty easily. After he's dead click on the bones and you will receive a blue ribbon. After that go back to Kerutoto to complete the quest
Toraimarai Turmoil
Realm: Windurst Max Level: 75

Ohbiru-Dohbiru needs some starmite shells. These can be obtained by killing starmites in the Toraimarai Canal. Ohbiru-Dohbiru also tells you that you will receive 4,500 gil for every 3 starmite shells that you bring him as a reward.

If the quest "Say it With Flowers" is either open in your quest log or you did not talk to all Rhinostery personnel when you cleared it, you will have to finish it before you are given "Blue Ribbon Blues". This may mean redoing entire quest.

I have completed the water food and bag quest and i still cant seem to get the ribbon quest my fame is very hi as i needed it for smn.i even went back and leveled up my fame a ton more and still nothing is there a trick to getting this item for the cement door next to house of hero? aparently there isint a single person on unicorn sever that knows how to get past it. please help

Do a lot of lichs spawn in here? I'm sick of Eldieme because they spawn so slowly -_-. I need the papy for quest...Have spent sooo long looking for it. ::sob::

There is also a door guarded by a Cardian that I think goes to the canal in Windurst Walls. You have to walk around one of the islands, under a bridge and whatnot to get to it. It's locked, but I bet there is some way into it (or out? might be exit-only).

On the lower Windurst Walls map between the Magic Reserve and the 'posh neighborhood', there is a label for Toraimarai Gate. I have been unable to find where this gate is. I wonder if it is the building to the left of the Federal Maic Reserve because I cannot open the door (You may need to complete a quest in order to get to Toraimarai?).

How do you get here in the first place?
