As far as I can tell, everything is an elemental in the beastiary charts - there are mobs there that use abilities from other families, but you cannot charm them, and you can't intimidate them.

The entire region atm is pretty much only dedicated to completing the CoP storyline.

Not much, but I just got my EGM magazine today and saw a pic of Hu'Xoi... doesn't look to interesting, just a bunch of ledgey things over a freaky deep pit.

If its anything like the zilart areas, expect magic aggro mobs and golems.
If its anything like the Ku'luu areas expect magic aggro, tonberries and misc beasties.

After seeing a pic of the Celestrial City, looks like S/E has some new mob families in the works.
