uhhh guys please look at this um im doing the monument qquest and i do not know how to get on that island

He will drop a Engraved key (Quest unknown. I just defeated him on my way to the Stone Monument (More or less the higher level I asked to help get me there did)) and Mistletoe (sp).

the quest you are refering to is "The Setting Sun" quest in San d'Oria given to you by the NPC named Vamorcote in F-5 of northern San d'Oria your reward is 10,000 gil for your troubles and this quest is not repeatable. hope this helps

actually he does have a rare drop. The key needed for a quest. Get 10k for finishing it. You get to the island by entering a Dungeon around J-10. Dungeon is high level, probably around lvl 40 or so.

u need to go thru the eldieme necropolis, as well a nother reason to go down ther is the monument found on that island
