I was running on Chocobo lookng for these ants.
Then I happen to see them down in the hole in the lower portion of the middle map.
I see the Centurios and Veles Ants but have no Idea how to get down there through Quick Sand Caves.
Can anyone tell me how to get there through the caves please?
Also: Could I solo the Antican Centurio? I'm 57 Red Mage / 28 Black Mage.
Seeing as they are Paladin class it would be a hard fight.

Unless the blm was in the party at the time theres a mistake, he couldn't have given it to the blm because its rare/ex.

I leveled off these for quite a while and nothing dropped even with TH2 in the party. Seems like someone made a mistake. I did however run across the actual mob that drops the cloak and got it yesterday while helping someone out with the Titan avatar battle. Makes me feel good about doing nice things for someone.

It is possible that it could drop it, seeing how Stropper Chyme is not a NM and it drops a ring worth 330,000 gil. just my 2 gil
