Not many people sell it in the original 3 cities. If you look at the dates they are probably years old. If you sell it some day just don't do it in sandy ;)
I think that he likes people that want to use the item not sell it 1/1 ^^ he can read your mind :P

1. if you use tp you wint get the drop. LIE big fat steaming pile of bs ive gotten the drop useing tp and have seen ppl get the drop while useing tp
2. charm will make him not drop. lmao i use charm to clam him.
3. if you dont kill him fast enough you wont get the drop. personaly i only heard this from a ****** 20thf trying to tell me a 56 whm how the game works and i just wanna post this so you can all laugh at his *** to you know how you are idiot.

how often does this guy spawn i've been camping it for over 3 hrs now, and i haven't seen it
1-6 hours is what i've experienced and i've been camping this guy since summer.

this in my opien is the best NM to camp the drop rate is low on his staff but high on the mittens i am 5/5 on his mitts and in my sever they sell for 26K!! so i farm yag necks wiel i hunt him and i make a good profit from it all i walk away from 1 night with a good 30-50K

wow your server is a rip off... on Caitsith the staffs sell for 400k-500k! Zealot Mitts go for around 25k!

This is the first time I've ever camped a NM...
Told a LS buddy I would help camp him yesterday. I'm 25blm/12whm he was 30rdm/???. He had been out there for 3 days and had lost him to someone else every time Hoo spawned. I get out there, we pt up, and within 30mins, he spawns, and I use my newly created Macro and get him(only 1 other person camping him). We kill him and get the mitts.
I told him I would stay out there and try again next time he spawned. Was told he spawns every 2 hours or so, but he didn't spawn for another 3. This time, there were a few high lvl people out there, and I was kinda nervous that we wouldn't get him. When he finally did spawn, I saw him, and got stuck behind a rock at first, but I guess no one else saw him, and I ran up and got him, only to get a scroll of deodorize. Gonna try again tonight, maybe we'll be even luckier this time.

Ok well today im camping Hoo Mjuu and my bud's helping me camp him so i can buy erase (awe shucks isnt he nice) OK well anyway were camping him and about 30 min in he has to go, so we say our farewells and he leaves, im the only camper so i feel a bit lucky, and about 10 seconds after my bud leaves Hoo spawns while im fighting a yagudo so i disangage and sprint over to Hoo and i forget to cast dia but i still get him with a melee attack. I kill him off and im excited and everything and then he drops zealots mitts. Im not mad because i was luaging the whole time because my bud logged and Hoo spawned right after. Bahahaha im still pslitting the loot lol. Im just waiting for him to come online so i can tell him lmao.

I hate this guy, 0/1 though ive camped him for a total of over 20 hours. Only ever seen him spawn once and when I did I killed him and got zealotts mitts. Anybody else think NMs should spawn just a bit more often?
Scabby is my camping partner on this thing and i have to agree with him. How the hell can you complain for being 0/1 when i'm 2/38 and scabbs is 0/22? You just have to have a little more patience and stop complaining when ur only ?*&^ 0/1.

ya im just 0/2 and hes extremly easy to claim...there were 5 other guys there and it spawened in the lake on the other side of where i was... i miss voked so just attacked and hoped for the best and got the claim...my second try no one was in sight. Well back to campin.

Im 2/13 on Hoo. Many times a, lvl50 was in the pt ----> mitts and deo. First Signa with friend in pt (rdm32, whm27 i think. Next signa alone with lvl33. I think: lvl40+ --> Hoo -----> Forget it!!!

i hate this guy im like 0/3 im a 30rdm/15thf and on my sever it goes for 700k and not many ppl hunt this NM maybe me and 2 other ppl but i get them busy by pointin at yags and bees and so i have a good time 2 cast dia.i would farm like silks or chips but 700k is alot better even if i get it in 5days Gl guys i hate this NM just like everyone

I wasn't planning on camping Hoo Mjuu, just farming beehive chips when I ran across him. Someone grabbed him so I decided to wait around and see if the others left. Sure enough they all did...a few people ran by occasionally, but I was the only one camping him. He popped I attacked...got distracted by something then I look back to see that I'm fighting a Mendicant...I scrolled up and saw that I killed Hoo Mjuu and also got the Monster signa....w00t

Just because you can't get an item, it means anyone with it should die? >.> While skilling my GS up in valkurm once, emp popped right next to me.. aggroed me too.. ^^; And guess what? "You find an Emperor Hairpin on the Valkurm Emperor." All the other campers /cheer and {Congratulations!}ed me... why can't you be like them?

Well my experiences with guy are incredibely bad... well 1st that lil lie about if you kill Whirlwind and get drop hoo will drop signa... that is BS... im 0/45 with this piece of sh*t... getting the claim aint nothin, getting drop is horrible. For all you kids that say ur 2/2, thats a load of crap. My Soultion to this problem is 'Valkrum Emperor' , easy claim and hell of a lot better drop rate. Emp 5/6

I'm a level 24 rdm and tried to camp this thing. Unfortunately, every time he spawned, some guy with quicker fingers got him... Better luck next time...

I got the drop yesterady finally after about 22 tries in the past!
I woke up at 8am yesterday and camped him for 2 hours...i was only camper for 2 hours!! and i was a whm/bst for charm. So he spawns behind me and i dont notice till he cast protect on himself so i turn around and use charm macro..i charm a bee so i use dia and get him.
I was out of mp so i just killed him with club. He used his benediction and i got jelouse so i used mine and got drop!!WOOT! my lucks finally changing :D currently im in valkrum dunes lvling blm and waiting for signia to sell in Jeuno AH

Wow. About 6 people camping this guy and both times I'm there it pops right in front of me. First time, no drop. Big deal. Second time, I claim it as a WHM is casting Dia on it. It's Darksday. Full Moon at 95%. Treasure Hunter II. I forgot to use my 4-leaf Mandragora Bud. But f it, I kill this dude, and Monster Signa. I'm going to use it to level 75 BRD. 50 hours of camping random NMs and finally my first real drop.
I hate this guy, yet I still camp him. I am currently 0/16 and my friend I camp with is 2/31, why are we tortured!!! I recently found out that 2 leaf, 3 leaf, and 4 leaf mandragora buds boost drop rate. I spun over to Yuhtunga Jungle got a 2 leaf bud (friend got a 2 and a 3) and we went to Giddeus. Though we didn't get Hoo cause we both had to log we noticed we were getting a lot mroe drops off the yags and bees. EX: yag necklaces almost every battle, beehive chips, etc. I think we will finally break our curse and get a Signa!!!

OK i got 5 chances to get Hoo Mjuu....i hate him now -_-. The first time was when i was with Mimisan wandering around...i asked her what lvl he is and she just sais "If you see him cast dia on him ill be over here killing bees" So he pops a few min after right infront of me and im too afraid to cast dia so i shout Hoo Mjuu spawned and i ran away -_-.
The second time was when i was in pt with a friend of mine and he popped in that little pool and i saw him so i try and attack him but a bst running by used charm just as i was about to hit him and the bst got the drop >:(
The other three times where when he spawned near me and i was doing something else and didnt notice......but the last one was when i was eating dry cereal and he pops and i spill my cereal everywhere T.T and i try to get him but i dropped my keyboard and a war got him....I hate Hoo so much now but i still camp him :D

exept when i killed Gob Archeologist with my lvl 62DRG friend Yahiko :D I lotted highest on both gold coin things but i ended up giving him one

Ok, So I couldnt get a group with my Sam and decided to lvl my thf(15) when I had the sudden notion that he needed Leaping Boots.
Since Monster Signa sells for about 400k on Odin server i thought that gil would get me started. I search Giddeus and only about 8 people in the zone I decide my chances are good.
Head over there but I guess I came just when Huu popped cuz everyone was leaving. Now only 4 people in zone including myself. Around 1 hour later people start coming back, 5 campers are now next to me. My spot is looking directly at the center pool with my back to that little ridge.
With thf sub i can see if Huu pops on my compass so I'm confident. He spawns, right in my face. I quickly stun him 56Drk/15Thf and hack him down in a few hits. Drops: Zealot's Mitts. Only 11k on Odin so I'm a bit annoyed. Fine I'll wait untill he spawns again.
A ls bud comes and we decide to camp it together, past the time. Another hour passes, and I have the spawn times synchronized. Ok, now around the time a mob was supposed to spawn, it doesnt. I wait for a bit and look to my right, my buddy is standing there next to the giant hole in the wall between the two pools, no mob.
I look to my left and see 2 yags fighting a thf near the entrance to the tunnel. Hmm, one of its name is really long. It's Huu Mjuu The Torrent Claimed. I couldnt' believe it. He didn't even show up in my compass. I knew that his spawn point was changed but wow, now I'm gonna have to be continuosly looking around to verify where he spawns.
Well, i'm now 2/7 on ol' Huu, Happy Huntin'

ive witness hoo popping in 4 ~ 5 different spots. 550k on garuda. mines up for 600k in bazaar cuz i lvl bst and 600k would be nice enough...
400k!!! Your server chaep on Seraph it's going on 700k.

Why do some users not tell, what the NMs dropped? I dont know the reason till now! I have a supposition, but not sure. In any case, for me such an acting is very stupid and not necessary! I want to know if someone had luck! Mostly the japanese do that, i think (its a strange crowd :-))
Crap, he was on the hill, I was below, I couldn't reach him with my bow, I'm so pissed, then he casts Protect on himself, and that other guy notices. Stupid campers.
This morning i got the ******* and beat 1 gil seller to him and a fast *** to him. The gil seller stood in 1 place and got everything in sight. Then a yag spawned and *** went after it. Hoo spawned and the gil seller was too far from it. I ran and killed him and i get mittens...I guess the new spawn area has it's advantages.
