To any bards out there he's also involved in bard AF3, he's the one Imasuke tells you to talk to after you do your business with the ring in xarcabard, it's a bit south of the teleport-vahzl crystal in a little cave guarded by 2 of the ghosts that are there, easily avoided with sneak (con easy prey at ~55)
