General Information

    • Respawn time is approximately one to six hours after its last Time of Death.

  • Susceptible to Bind, Gravity, Sleep, Stun, Slow, and Paralysis.

    • Mee Deggi the Punisher will always drop either the Impact Knuckles or the Ochimusha Kote, with a far higher probability of dropping the Impact Knuckles.

Mee Deggi the Punisher's Special Attacks

  • Double Kick - Single target two-hit physical damage with an additional Stun effect.

  • Feather Storm - Single target physical damage with an additional Poison effect.

  • Parry - Self target Defense boost effect (Effect can be dispelled).

  • Sweep - AoE physical damage with an additional Stun effect (Circle of effect originates from mob).

  • Hundred Fists - Self target potent Attack speed boost effect.

you know....everyone is getting upsept about the Gilfarmers and such. What you fail to realize is that all you people who are camping this NM to get the drop just to put in the AH and sell are doing the same thing, just on a smaller scale. So if you are one of those people stop complaining about the gilsellers and the 3rd party software. Let the people who NEED this camp it and you others who just wanna make gil STOP IT!

lol... No one "needs" it! It is a nice piece for hands but needed? No! If it would be "needed" to complete some kind of Mission or Quest...ok.
This is in fact a money NM and whoever wants to make some money should camp. I dont replay to the 3rd party tool because most of us use such tools anyway even if its just windower. Furthermore Gilsellers can be outclaimed/tricked or just MPK'ed (which i prefer) ;) Go ahead and take the challenge, SE will never change anything as long they earn enough money.

btw. Its True. After 1 hour, kill all Yags around, he will most likley pop shortly after! If no one kills, it can take hours and hours.
