She doesn't seem to sell Maul's. Bastock is in first there wasn't any to buy. My suspicion is someone crafted some Maul's and sold them to the guild, which is the reason they were available.

OK: She is a smithing guild merchant. Therefore she doesn't sell product unless it is sold to her. This is what's known as "not normal stock."

She sells half the gear, the other half is sold by another fellow in the back of the store.

They are found in the Armor Shop in Bastok Markets.

WTF are you talking about? These are blacksmith guild NPC's located only in Bastok Metalworks.

If she doesn't sell everything on the list thats because maybe Bastok isnt in first in ranking.
