Vana'diel Bestiary: Ni'Ghu Nestfender  

Ok im on the bahamut server, and i'm in here with my lvl 22 rdm farming quadavs. (each Quadav Backplate sells for 1k on the bahamut server ^_^)
So i'm In the room where the big mound is in the middle, didn't get the pos, and all of a sudden i see this HUGE quadav train. I'm thinking, ok time to pull me an amythyst quadav and cash in on a backplate, but suddenly, i see Bi'gho headtaker (spelling) and i'm like pfft, f that. And they're chasing after this lv 54 war. I'm thinking, " why the hell is he running?" then in the midst of the quadavs, i see this POWERFUL looking one with a huge, weird looking axe. And as i feard to check him,( i knew he was no normal monster) it did read Impossible to gauge!! and i was like, OMG TWO NMs at the same time?! I didn't know this monster's power til i came online, but im glad i didnt try to fight them.

Then, out of the corner of my screen, i see these UBER noobs running up to him and the other quadavs (lv 10 war without subclass,( 10whm, 11rdm, and i think a lv 11mnk, they all didnt have subclasses) so i do /shout DONT FIGHT THAT THING, ITS AN NM IT WILL KILL YOU. Knowing the lack of knowledge of a noob he screamed, /shout I HAVE TO TRY!!. :\ it killed him in one hit for 616 damage and when his friends saw, they tried to run but to no avail. Only one of them listened to me and stayed back. He was glad he did. I do love to see noobs who think they know everything get their a**** kicked into their mouth :). I did feel sorry for that war but he did escape. After he did he said that a lv 75 dark knight was trying to help him finish his AF quest and somehow lost to this thing O_O. I shouted for another high lvled character to show up but only lvl 40s were coming so i didnt even want to waste their or my time. With that, and knowing that this NM was running loose in the mines, i did what im soo good at. Sneak, deodorize, ran, and got the f*** out of there.

His axe looks crazy!! sorry i didnt get Screenshots, they would have been bad anyway considering the fact that like 20-30 other quadavs including Bi'gho(or the other NM in these mines, i think it was him) were around him. :\ Or is

well i was in a 3-party group of 30+ in the mines killing quadavs for gil and hoping to catch some NMs while in there. we killed 3 NMs that dropped the Braveheart, the Marin Shield and the Circlet - all on first kill too.

Then....

I see this guy. I didn't know that when I engaged, he would hit me for 400 hp and I'd be dead the very next hit. Both of my party members died shortly thereafter. I knew we shouldn't have pressed our luck ^^

i was lvl 20 when i saw it.
it hit me for 600 damage.
then it killed my lvl 30 friend with one hit for 200 and another for 400.
