Yes he does but the price isn't listed here. Pitty because I'm about to purchase mine and would like to know if it's better to buy from this NPC or AH. I'm a Windurst resident so I may not be able to buy it. Grab a high fame Sandy friend, give him the cash and voila I guess.

The best part of Final Fantasy XI is its rich storyline. It separates this game from other MMORPGs. I chose to give my character a storyline that goes along with the game's storyline. I find that this is a more fun way to play the game. Playing the game just to fight in the endgame and collect elite equipment is very boring and is totally missing the main objective of the game, which is to guide your character through the storyline which is to save the world.

not at all. It's a guild, so the items differ based on guild stuff. Nothing to do with Conquests, fame, or number of posts on alla.

Mythril Ore? Sandy must've been in the lead for the Conquest at the time. Make sure to note that, 'cause that determines how many items are available for sale.
