It doesn't matter that Windy is in first. The only way some of these Items are going to show up in Windy (or any nation for that fact) is if they own specific regions. When a shop is posted to have certain items on alla, and it doesn't, it's not necessarily that alla is wrong. It could just be that the nation isnt in control of the proper region.

Actually the airship vendors shop lists are based upon nation conquest rank, and nationality

Somehow our server ended up in a 3 way tie. (I think that is complete BS, no possible way all 3 countries members have EXACT same conquest) All 3 countries airship shops only sell the last place items in this case. Verified with R10 max fame players with home country allegiance. Only with SE, when everyone wins, we all lose. Sandoria = ash log, Bastok = copper ore, Windy = moko grass. 400,000g in materials I can't synth without ores, and no ores for me for 5 RL days. <All Right!> <Penta-Thrust> <inside> <food> <exit> <whole> <You can have this.>

In order for Flax Flower and a couple other items to show in this shop, there are a few criteria. And of the only 2 Im certain of ( I doubt fame plays a part ):
First - City must rank FIRST PLACE in conquest.
Second - You must be a CITIZEN of that city.
Yes, there are several shops out there that offer a few special stock items ONLY FOR THEIR CITIZENS. If your Bastokan, dont go to Windurst with max fame when its in first place and expect to find flax flowers for sale. It wont happen. Only Windurstians can access it.
Same for when Bastoks in first, or San d is in first. Hope this helps those confused.

Today windhurst is in first yet i don't see oak log, mythril ore or flax flower for sale. Does this vendor not sell them anymore or is it on a specific day?

I want to buy the mythril ore but i haven't gone over there to check if she sells it. most other post say she doesn't sell the ore. Since your's does i was wondering if you were a citizen of windy? curious to see if the plays any role in item selection.
