yes the price changes. and it doesnt really matter what fame lvl you are cause i use my mules sometimes to go to the guild to buy things and its the same as my hero capped main character. it just really depends on the day.

Here are the prices for Tilala. I have hero fame in Bastok and San d'Oria...almost in Windurst, too, and I think that affects the prices.
