Historical Information

One of the most important characters of West African mythology, Anansi is said to bring rain to put out fires and other duties on behalf of the sky god Nyame, his father.

One popular myth tells of Anansi requesting from Nyame to be the "King of All Stories", to which the god replies that if Anansi can bring to him Osebo, "The Jaguar with teeth like daggers", Mmoboro, "The Hornets whose sting is like fire", and "The Fairy whom men never see", he will grant that request. Anansi agrees and sets out to capture Osebo first, managing to trick him into playing a game which allowed Anansi to tie him up.

Later, when facing Mmoboro, he managed to convince the hornets that it was raining and for them to hide in a calabash (an African Bottle gourd). Finally, he captured the anonymous fairy by forcing him to get stuck on a "Tar Baby" (It is believed that the legend of Anansi and the "Tar Baby" influence a Southern United States story involving Br'er Rabbit). When seeing his son's accomplishments, Nyame rewarded him by making him the "King of All Stories".

My brother and I like to duo this BC has RDM and BLM.

I'll sleepga the babies, and he'll --ga them to death. Rinse and repeat :)

Oh, and Anansi moves slowly as it is, so he's actually the easiet part of the fight:
Whoever doesnt have hate should nuke while the other kites

This fight is probably the easiest kindred seal fight I have ever taken part of. All you really need is a good tank, preferably a paladin to hold hate, a redmage for sleepga, and one or two blackmages to -ga the babies. I have never lost this fight, the only problem is the belts seems to sell veeeeeeeery slowly on the AH.
This fight is fun!

Lol, this is a very cool fight, especially when you try to solo it or duo it (yes, its possible):

Anansi himself moves rather slowly, so its possible to nuke him, run, nuke him, run, rinse, and repeat until hes dead. Then, when his sons spawn, you can use the nuke/sleepga/nuke/sleepga method until they are all dead. Obviously its extremely hard though. Ive gotten very close a few times on solo, but on duo, its not so difficult if you know what youre doing.

Also, yes, Anansi plays a definite role in African folk lore. Ive read a lot of his stories--hes basically a very cunning (sometimes) and mischievous (sp?) spider :)

There are bcnm's that involve a 18 person alliance but most of the time you are fighting one or two monsters that are extremly badass.

This is taken directly from Wikipedia.com:

Anansi is one of the most important and famous gods of west African lore. He is a trickster and a culture hero, who acts on behalf of Nyame (his father, the sky god) and brings rain to stop fires and performing other duties for him. Eventually, Anansi was replaced by a chameleon.

In some beliefs, Anansi created the sun, stars and the moon. He created the first man, but Nyame actually made him come to life. He taught mankind agriculture.

Shiva is both man and woman. And is often depicted with an erect phalas. It is not uncommon to see an embodiment of shiva in a statue with one half being male and one half being female, all the while having an erect Phalas. Well, that's my two cents....

one more time for kicks.....phalas...okay i'm done.

Garuda and Shiva are Hindu gods. Oddly enough, both of them are Male in Hindu religion.

Haha OK spelling is Quetzacoatl and, yes he was an Aztec God. (This is how Mexico was founded :D!) Cortez came to Mexico from spain and everyone there was like OMG it's the god he'll kill us all if we don't get us what he wants! So they treated him like a god...and then! They all get killed and all of there pyramids statues and buildings are burned down... :(

From what i know by doing the Evasive Action BCNM 70 Qu'Bai Arena, is that these fights are no longer restricted to lv 70 only, however they are Capped at lv 70. we had range of 62-75 players for our fight, and over 70 was reduced to 70.

EDIT!! I see the 73 armour, apparantly the BC70's dont all follow the same rules, just apply my comments to that one. Evasive Action is capped at 70 for sure^^

The mobs are 75 for sure, if they were 70 they would be Even Match and would be very easy for 6 people.
