A friend and I fought him last night after traveling from Windhurst to bastok. Apparently there is a set of ??? near this bush at the back of the lighthouse itself that you use. You set a special kind of fish there and it draws him out. I gauged he has about 160 MP, though, watching others fight him and how many hits he does. The Steam Clock he drops is for a Bastok mission as well.

Recently I did the quest involving bubbly bernie but recieved two items that were not on the drop list.

1. Water Crystal

2. Land crab meat
