Last time we did xarc I intimidated him till a nin voked it off me. 3 times in a row he was frozen in terror. The "killer" effects rock i swear.

wouldnt a samurai demon intimidate himself?

King Zagan is a Dragoon not a Samurai. >_> So no, he wouldn't intimidate himself, and you must've not intimidated him unless you happen to have been on DRG at the time or something.

But... He's not talking about the "DEMON" being a "DRAGOON". He's talking slightly off-topic, branching off himself intimidating this Demon, he intimidated it however he could. He doesn't need to be SAM for this, most DRG sub SAM and the killer will still work, albeit less times, so he got really lucky. Or he could have been SAM, or he could have been equipping "Demon Killer" stuff. So when he says a Demon intimidating themselves, he was wondering if a SAM Demon, that would have "Demon Killer" on it, would intimidate themselves... And the answer is no, though I think he was being sarcastic <_<
It's like saying a Wyvern would be intimidated by a DRG when using Healing breath... which would suck ; ;

Talking crap on the internet is like racing in the Special Olympics, even if you win, you're still retarded.

why would he need to be DRG to intimdate a Demon a SAM has Demon Killer job trait which would cause that a DRG has Dragon Killer so it does make since he intimidated it

Allakhazam fixed the screenshot, this is what King Zagan looks like, hes a Drg type NM in Dynamis-Xarcabard. And as far as I know, all the named NMs drop at least Shultz Stratagems (exp scroll) and possibly some currency and/or AF2.

The real King Zagan is nothing more than a NM Dynamis Xarcabard mob that looks like a larger version of a demon in CZB with a really cool looking weapon. He's not that hard to beat but Dynamis Lord on the other hand...be prepared to lose 10k+ exp fighting him. We beat him this past weekend and it took a solid hour of dying, reraising and dying again...and again...and again...

http://img196.exs.cx/img196/3476/zagan21gl.jpg

Possible drops:
Various Dynamis currency
Exp scrolls (75-450 exp that I have seen)
AFv2 (any job vs. job of mob only is still being debated for Xarcabard)

Ella~

If anyone cares, the Dynamisu NM mobs are so blazing fast it's not really very funny. Without Gravity on they move like they have on Strider Boots, with Flee, plus Mazurka. It's really very fun. Honestly. Everyone should kite them some day.

As for AF2 drops... General consensus is the likelihood of one of the NMs dropping their AF versus another job's AF is far greater, but they can and will drop the AF2 of any job.

Arr check me out with my hawt WAR/NIN Demon NM tanking sexies~

See you in X Tuesday Ella ;)

that's a pic of King Behemoth... if you look closely, you can make out "king" in pink text above it...

edit: also, that area looks nothing like xarcabard.

posted after i realized that "King" would also be in "King Zagan" >.> give me a break, i'm at work and it's 3:30 am :P

I'm sorry, but that looks a lot like Behemoth's Domain and a King Behemoth... You're saying this is in Dynamis - Xarcabard? I've never been to DX, so I can't say it doesn't look like DX.. but still.. kinda weird, don't ya think? I lost my train of thought... -.-

Getting to him really isn't a walk in the park, and Dynamis X is quite possibly the toughest place to get around w/o the alliance sticking together, and btw He also drops the shadow ring and shadow mantle (might want to update that)

King Zagan does NOT drop the shadow mantle or hte shadow ring. The shadowlord (dynamis end boss) which is gaurded by 2 dragons (ying and yang) drops the the ring and mantle. Good luck beating him tho. He is just ridiculously insane hard. Death-ga no thanks.

Saying that getting to him is no walk in the park is like saying the ocean is a bit damp. There is no way to comprehend how insane and truly horrible Dynamis Xarcabard is until you get there. If you would excuse me, I am going to go curl up in the corner now while I have flashbacks of massive demon trains. :)
