no they dont drop any of this. dyanmis isnt subject to conquest and so dont drop crystals.
ive never seen any "normal" monster item drop in these areas.

Always said those birds were smart. Take orcs as an example. The closet you could ever get to this is would be named something like Pignose Boomliquidmixer.
