I am only just now doing quests in Windurst with 39hrs of playtime. So I don't know if this is the case, but has Diro-Oroku always mentioned a 4th type of magic that is now Forbidden? What is Diroku-Oroku speaking of? Is this line new to the Promethia expansion? Is it hinting at something to come? Just curious if anyone else noticed this.
