I think its a quest the creators took out of the game. Sometimes they'll just leave everything there but take out the event command so it cant be done.

I'd like to know that too... i think i tried to make this hide&seek thing a tenth of times but nothing happens... do I have to found the 3 guys 1000 times as in the lu-shang quest? LOL - well it appears like NO-site states him like a quest starter.
Maybe a quest that requires to finish all the kid-quests around Vanadiel before see it solved?

I've found him and the other kids in the hide and seek game. Is this possibly part of a quest?
