Leathercrafting 28. You must be a novice to do any buisness with guild representitives.

However, There is a bit more to it than just "Buying" stuff. You may form a contract with the guild, at which time you will be able to turn in specific items (Which they will tell you) to earn Guild Points. Those guild points are what you trade in for these items.

There is also a limit to the amount of Guild Points you can earn in a day, which makes getting these items take time ^^;
