My static party (now 71) has been fighting in Bibiki Bay since ~66 on Dhalmels, so we see a lot of these. The last time we got together we lost our PLD, so while looking for a new one (which took 2 hours) we simply took Tartarus Efts. We had the MNK/WAR tank (AWESOME with the right gear) and with 5-people got ~3k xp per hour. Pretty good; at level 71 these con VT.

I could offer my experience as expertise and say that I have never seen any Even match mobs with my lvl 75 BST, and nor have my more experienced BST friends. If there were, BSTs would be using these in addition to rabbits all the time. Unsubstantiated would mean that there was simply no basis of evidence. In this case the absence of evidence IS the evidence of absence.
