I killed this as a level 56 SMN without trouble.
A level 50 mob would con DC to me (at this level Sabotenders in Altepa, level 42-46 conned EP).
I'd say this is more of a level 40~ mob.
And no, he's not a two hour spawn. I camped him for 1 hour once, he popped, I killed and he dropped nothing.
Then I camped him again the following day, a SAM was also there and he'd been camping it, no pop after 2 hours (from when I got there) and he leaves, I stay another 45 minutes and still no pop.

This is not a two hour pop mob. I was just at the I-9 camp with 3 people for 3.5 hours camping this thing and it never showed up. The other two people I was with were clearing the zone of everything that moved while I stayed at I-9 for the NM. The only competition we had was a JP Rdm that left about a half hour after we got there. When I /tell'd him asking if he got the pop earlier, he said he waited 2.5 hours and gave up waiting. So in total, combining my wait time and the rdm before us, over 5 hours, the NM did not pop, with constant clearing of the zone of placeholders. We finally left because none of us had any more space in our inventory from all the loot we got clearing the zone for 3.5 hours. Fly paper doesn't stack...
I just beat this as a level 50 Thief/Nin. This mob gave me no experience points. It is very difficult though, with its spamming of paralysis. This paralysis usually lasts for 3 minutes or so. It is extremely annoying.
The way I beat it was simply Shadowstitch, then run out of range and recast Utsusemi.
I was not wearing one more Ametrine ring and my 2 drones. Having paralysis potions would of helped in this fight a lot!
And all I got was a damn leaf >.>

i think its closer to 35-40 than lvl 50; my 61 warrior took this out with ease but didn't get a drop; got no exp from killing it
Just killed it for the second time.
First time no drop.
second got the Nikkoraoe(sp.) and a flytrap leaf.
The katana sells for 330k on Unicorn, but I think imight keep it a while.

What do you think the lowest level that could kill it is... I'm a level 53PLD probably gonna sub THF think I can kill it? Someone said its level 45 and sites says 50 so not sure

i took it today as a 51rdm/25blm .. fight did last too long only about a minute or so .. dropped 12 xp for me but nothing else :(

Yea, It shouldn't be a problem u killing it. They don't link or do any AOE that i seen, the only thing that maybe a Pain is The Orctrap making u Paralize. Take a bottle of hyper potion with you if your still not sure you can beat it. But its more of a level 45 then 50 i would say..

This busha,Im a 65 PLD Galka from the gilgamesh Server,I went to hunt this NM,(my first time i mite add) and it spawan about 30 min after killing the BirdTraps in that area. The OrcTrap appeared i claimed it and killed it, and got the Nikkaroie katana (level 30 ninja Katana). Wich goes for 300k on the gilgamesh sever(crazy uhh).
I waited 2hr for it to spawn again, No spawn. and i was killing every Bird Trap there. There was another guy there hunting it to, so these Bird traps was getting killed fast, another 1 passed no spawn......4hr's later, a total of 7 hours in all,it spawned and the other guy killed it and no drop for him. he logged out and i left. i read up on it and it was said to hunt it on the Full Moon. I camped it on the Full moon and it spawned, I killed it..No drop. 2hr's later no spawn and it was still Full moon...3 hrs no spawn. I didn't leave the area to go any Where. I stayed there waiting and waiting, no one else was there , and still no 2hr spawn even on Full moon. This is Not a 2hr Spawn on the Gilgamesh server.

This NM is nowhere close to Lvl 50..He was a piece of cake for my Lvl 60 THF. I started knocking off Birdtraps for 1hr 30 mins then he popped more closer to the lake I-9. He did'nt drop the key items except the wonderful flytrap leaf :<
Me and my bro went to camp this 50war/nin and me 50thf/nin spawned in 10 mins of killing placeholders fought in 94-98% wanning cresent no drop. Infact not one drop from any bird trap for the 15 or so I killed....
This mob is a "verified" 2 hour spawn, and will cast paralyasis every other attack. It's about level 45 not 50. Not very powerful, but he hits consistantly so if you have low evasion, you can be beaten up easily. Also drops the Nikkariaoe, and it's said to be an exclusive drop.

Ya the katana is a definite drop. Went there earlier today cuz I didn't want to pay 300k just to buy one. Really helps out if you have to be blink tanking. Coulda really used this during Promyvion-Mea, I mean ya we succeeded, just woulda made things go by a little smoother. Got the Nikkariaoe on the first try.

Yup definately an NM, it should be added to the list. /check'd Impossibble to guage. lottery pop off of the birdtraps @ I-9 or I-10 thru the Eastern entrance of Jugnar Forest. the area by the lake with out the dock in it.
I went and wiped out teh place for 30 mins and he poped but didnt drop.
I stayed another 2 hours and he never spawened again. Basically a huge waste of time

I've got 3 drops since I started camping Orctrap.
First drop was the Katana which sold for 250k on Cerberus. Second drop was the Hojutsu belt which sold for 100k.
Last time I camped him I decided to use the Lucky Egg I had in my inventory for months, he didnt drop the katana but I did get another belt.

Very easy 50+ NM. I killed it @63 in about a min and a half. Popped about every two hours. Dropped Hujutsu Belt(mages)lvl32.
