Not sure but I believe prices from shops vary according to your accumulated fame. More fame, cheeper stuff. But it may not apply to ALL shops.

I so do not know how to find this guy! I live in Sandy and I do not travel nor do I want to travel anywhere at the moment. How do I find this guy from inside my Sandy city?

Notice, this person not in Jugner Forest side of Carpenter Landing (although u can take boat from Jugner Forest side go to Sand'oria side, but will take long time), go to North Sandoria and find in map there a point to Carpenter Landing, in that point there is a wooden door that u need to open and will zone to Carpenter Landing, just keep go straight and u will find this guy near river (H-8)

Price according to max fame , and Sandy first in conguest :

I'm fame 9 in San d'Oria (from San d'Oria), Bastok has Norvallen Region, and Sandy in 2nd conquest (Bastok Last). The following are the prices I get:

Bundling Twine 75g
Hatchet 312g
Arrowwood Log 12g
Ash Log 60g
Yew Log 330g
Willow Log 120g
Walnut Log 1024g

Guess prices fluctuate depending on the demand the previous day.

this guy is a guild salesperson from the carpenters guild... meaning its open from 6:00-21:00 and closed on firesday. and i think the hatchet sells for more like 300-350gil
