Just killed a DC Diremite Dominator for 93 xp putting it at lvl 74, also noticed some Toughs around the same area, I would guess 74-78~

it looks like some of the info for these Pso'Xja mobs is wrong, if a lvl 75 BST checked an Archaic Chest as VT, that would put it above 75 obviously, I wonder what the actual lvls of these is.

The tenshodo shopkeeper mithra in Jeuno asks for a florid stone if you have already beaten Diabolos. Its needed for some sort of quest involving the portal that Diabolos came out of right before you fight him.

The mithra will actually offer you the quest right after you turn in one of the three chips before heading out to fight Diabolos in The Shrowded Maw.
She will give you a Key Item to do the ENM "Test Your Mite" which you have to fight 1 diremite for a chance at a few good drops and I believe 2500 exp.

3 other chips drop in Pso'Xja so i would guess they would be for the Strange apparatuses in KRT, Fei-Yin, and Ranguemont Pass

For anyone who is browsing this page and doesn't know, the Grey, Cyan and Carmine(? I've never actually gotten this colour) Chips are used for access to the CoP Mission against Diabolos (3-5). I don't believe they're for the Strange Apparatti, although it would make sense... eh. It IS Square-Enix, who says things need to make sense? ^^;
