I just did this BCNM with the following setup:
PLD/WAR: Kraine
WHM/BLM: Rikuide
RNG/NIN: Me
My group defeated Punctured Percy at 80% Waxing Gibbous on Darksday (of all days... lol). I used war bow+1 with demon arrows. Regular range attack was between 130-160 damage. I was lucky to have all arrows land when I did Barrage (687 damage). My Sidewinder hit this ghost in the range of 800- high 900s. So for any rangers that wanna try this BCNM, I suggest you use bow/arrow instead of gun/bullets. ^^; My group got okay drops, but we're gonna try again soon. Best of luck to all of you~! *(^^)*

No weapon that deals Piercing Damage will hurt this ghost. The other three have a weakness that corrosponds to thier names:
Shredded Samson: Weak to Slashing Damage (Swords, Katanas, Scythes, etc...)
Annihilated Anthony: Weak to Magic.
Mauled Murdock: Weak to blunt forces. (H2H, Clubs, Staves, etc...)
Puntured Percy: Indestructable.
Avoid this Ghost if you are fighting this BCNM.

We killed this ghost 2 times.. setup was PLD/WAR (using earth staff) THF/NIN (Knife.. eh.. :P)
BLM/WHM (curing >.>;;)
THIS WAS EASY!!!
the ghost is not "indestructable".. lol O.o
Try using Knives against this ghost. super effective ;)

This is one of the four Ghosts you can fight in the BCNM60-Celery. It seems to extremely strong to physical attacks, my ninja was hitting it for 0 damage and my bullets were hitting it for only 20-24 damage a hit O_o
I am assuming this ghost is weak to magic attacks, so if you take a black mage to this BC you might wanna try to kill this NM
