You have to trade the entire set or they won't take it. To get it back you pay the gil and get the entire set back.

Is there anyone who will store normal armor sets like she does the AF armor?
I put in my BLM AF. I will never use ask for it back because I quit BLM, but it's hard to just drop it because of the effort that was put in to getting it. Nice to have the 5 extra slots now.

She's in Northern San D'Oria at G-8 standing in plain sight just outside of the Justi's Furniture store. 1000 gil to store my RDM AF payable upon pickup? I guess eventually I'll have to use this service sooner or later. It's interesting that the RDM AF1 Fencing Degen doesn't seem to count as an item to be stored. That must mean that the NPC will only store AF armor and not other AF equipment.
