Basicly you can you him to see when is the next time you can battle a certain ENM.
Oh to use him you had to have fought a ENM first.

I believe this NPC has something to do with Promyvion, as he talks about the Darkness growing ever stronger. And I Know people have done Promyvion were upon entering it talks about the Darkness inside the area of Promyvion.
Or Perhaps this has to do with the Omega Weapon and those Airship Battles.

Coolio, I finaly got a NPC pic up with a pic of me ^_^. So far i have low fame and only rank 2 (eh just havn't put effort into rank yet) and talking to this guy he just talks about darkness spreading across the lands and beware. I asked around about this guy and no one knows about him.

haha follow it up with a sorceress queen, segnir vampire combo. (if you don't know sorc. queen drops any monster to 0/2 and segnir vamp. gets +1/+1 for every guy it kills. soon as your opponent attacks, bam +1/+1 on vamp
