after being away for a month, I finally had the chance to do some exploring in the Al'Taieu region. Well, I inadvertently ran into one of these immediately after going through a partical gate, and it wasn't too happy to see me. Fighting it is super easy (as a ninja anyways), EXCEPT for it's TP move (optical something... or something like that, I don't remember). That moves completely ignored my shadows, did like 600+ dmg, AND petrified me for like 40 seconds. Well, I survived the first time it did it, luckily the petrification wore off with like 250 hp left. Unfortunately, it did again right as I was about to kill. So dead me. Might try subbing /whm and see what I can get out of it, or try to drag some friends along for some farming.

As already mentioned, these are in Garden of Ru'Hmet, not Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi. The bestiary is accurate with the first half of that sentence, but it's inaccurate with the second - remove it from the Hu'Xzoi list, as it ain't there.

this is in Garden of Ru'Hmet , not Grand Palace. the ones in Palace are Eo'Zdei

I've never fought one, don't even know where that area is, but looks simply as if the crystal droped would be directly related to the day...not so wierd

Well, is isn't a magic pot-type mob even if it looks similar.
That being said, I have never fought one so I really don't know its drops. Clusters don't seem too unrealistic. I dunno...
