Is this NM just a lottery pop off of that overgrown rose that pops under the tree?

It's located at I-7 under the tree branch that leads on the other side when you are going to Yhoator Jungle, wich is right after you get out of the tunnel that you fall into a hole near Kazham. I tried to solo it as a 53 blm but my enfeebles wouldn't stay on the NM and I got wiped out in under a minute because Bind and Sleep II got resisted hehe.
Oh by the way I took a screenshot of it, but I don't know how to post it. Can anyone tell me please?

Killed it last night, Popped at i6.
Went with 66 NIN, mid 53 RDM and 72 RDM, waaaaaay overkill. Any of the three of us could have solo'd it. Hits fast, thats about it.
No drop, no XP gained.

Camped this with friends on Asura for 4 hours...no pop, nothing in sight (and we checked I-5 I-6 and I-7).

You are sure its I-6, cause no morbal Type pop here... At I-7 there is one, bst often lv there...

I stood in the I-6 area for 4 hours today, with no luck. This thing HAS to be on a 24 hour spawn... ugh..

Probably spawns off the overgrown roses. Now which one is anyone's guess, they're so speread out.
Looks like a midlevel Voluptuous Vivian, considering the drop. :P A lot of nice new NMs with Rare/Ex drops this update, I'm ALMOST impressed with SE. ;)
Anyone know this NM's <pos>? I know it just came out, but the drop is nice. =P
