For those having trouble finding the little guy, I found him on top of a cliff. If you wander around the general spawn point, you'll see that it's seperated into high ground and low. For me, he was on the high ground. I wasn't hunting him, but I was chocoing out and saw him on widescan.
I happened upon this guy whilst levelling Monk.
I was up there as MNK6/WHM3.
He killed me in like 2 hits.
So I changed to BLM30/WHM15 and choco'd up.
And he'd gone!
Gah!

Got the ribbon too on first try. Very easy.

Just killed him as a THF51/RNG25, got him in I-11, got drop (so far seems to be 100% rate)
I'm really glad SEs made all these new NMs, the fact that they're rare/ex drops and 100% is a great way to help low lvls and the items are very useful to boot,

Nvm. found it 6 V hours later. close to J-11. Only got the ribbon! it has about 300 HP pretty easy for me I'm a level 15 thief.

I actually think it is a 100% drop. At least everyone I talked to who has killed it says they got it on thier first kill anyhow.
All of these new Nms seem to have a really long respawn time considering their drop and their relative lvl, it kinda sux. Noble's ribbon is 40k and rising on Titan, and this item isnt going to lower that price is it takes that long to pop it. i really hope its a 100% drop, then it might be worth the time.
Where is this thing! I've been here 4 hours and still nothing. I've killed every rarab in sight and still nothing. No one is here so I know it's not dead.
