Walkthrough
It is an event at the time of a Quest start.
Go in Carpenters' Landing and talk in Anguenet which there is in J-10.
Go in Attohwa Chasm, and obtain Attohwa Ginseng by Monarch Ogrefly and Ogrefly.
When U return to Carpenters' Landing and hand Attohwa Ginseng to Anguenet, your given a Key Item.
Step on Barge and go to Phanauet Channel.
Talk in Riche carried on Barge and get information.
Then go in Fei'Yin and obtain Treasury Gold from Shadow.
Defeat mob when u trade Treasury Gold to ??? in Davoi J-11 so Hematic Cyst appears.
Examine ??? again after having defeated mob.
Then return to San d'Oria and talk with Sobane to finish quest
