Fought this guy without a rdm to dispel him and it was still very simple. The first song he cast was Paeon IV so his regen was annoying but manageable with our DD's. When he used Soul Voice he put up Minuet and Minne which the Minne was our main concern as I was only hitting him for 14 as NIN.
He used foe lullaby three times and our mages were out of range so they just curaga'ed and I would throw shadows back up. His accuracy was poor and with Hojo his attack speed was very slow. He hit me once after a foe lullaby with soul voice minuet up for 140 damage. Not exactly a powerhouse.
While the kill was a lot slower than any of the other Swift Belt NM's (even slower than the Elvaan one using Perfect Dodge), it was by no means difficult. Not once did I get in yellow hp because he simply couldn't hit me.
I wouldn't say he's the easiest of the swift belt mobs because the RNG is quick and simple, but he's definetly the safest. At no point was I ever afraid he would kill me, even as he was whiffing at me as I was slept from foe lullaby. :)

Fought this guy a while back when we had no humes with max hate. He's Galka so HP is high, but that's about his strongest point... I'd say a balanced party of 6 could take him out (assuming 2 jobs that can heal the tank). Only thing to be careful of is BRD sleepga. Just throw barsleepra up and pop poison pots on the necessary jobs (healer, etc). Soul Voice is a lot less intimidating than Eagle Eye Shot. We had 8 people and no one died (pld tank), just to give you an idea. I'm surprised more people don't do the Galka. He's totally weak.
