I checked one of theese Imp as EP as lvl 64 BST, a bitch of a THF waved goodbye to me, and said I hope it kills you (she must hate BST or something) but I just let my called fungaur kill it easy.

I killed these on the ferry on they range form Too Weak to East Prey at 75, with EP giving 15 xp, so my guess they're around 55-58
