Vana'diel Bestiary: Tsutsuroon  

The bottom of ffxi-atlas has Treasures of Aht Urhgan Area Overview. You will have to have the Aht Urhgan expansion and have done the item collecting quest entitled The Road to Aht Urhgan to access Nashmau. Please note that it is 100G to ride a boat and you will be riding two boats to get to Nashmau. The first boat you will catch in Mhaura. You will arrive at Port Al Zahbi. Proceed to Port Ephramad where you will catch your second boat in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. You will arrive in Nashmau.
