Anyways, what do these thiings do?

I know they make the beastmen stronger, ect. But what do they do when you fight them? @_@

They dont do anything, you attack it, destroy it, and it drops a Rare/Ex item called 'Archaic Mirror' which can be traded to any imperial guard from 200 ISP.
