My husband and I took this out today as 75 THF/NIN and me 68 WHM/BLM. He has multiple gear set up, haste, WS, and evasion but nothing too fancy. He got down to 85 HP at one time but never wiped. The fight took a good 30 minutes but getting those boots was worth it.

this NM a lottery spawn off of the olden treant and pops in the in the small room in northern G-6. im not sure if it will spawn in the little area before the small room but i suggest killing the trees in both areas. it has a bind effect added to its attacks and crazy regen during the day but during the night it has no regen and it seems like it gets weaker during the night as well. it also links with the saplings that spawn in the northern room

Fought this guy the other day with a lvl 75 exp pt. First time we tried to kill it was during the day. Our thf went down before we realized he had an insain regen during the day. Rest of us zoned and licked our wounds. By time we got thf up, it was night time. We figured it depoped. Nope there it was. Tried again and destroyed it. Got the arborist nail drop (about 200k on ramuh server atm). Very easy fight as long as u dont fight it during day.
