That's false. I killed Geyser Lizard a couple hours ago, and it dropped nothing at all. ; ;

geyser lizard, the NM in the same region also drops it (the egg) everytime you beat him.

Not every time, apparently. Beat him once and got a lizard skin, beat him another time and got nothing at all. The curses sure flew on that day.
