These also use Exuviation, a huge heal for themselves.
Ok had some fun with these guys this week, note that they also spawn inside halvung near one of the cell blocks. Were about 3-4 of them surrounded by wamouracampas.
Probiscus: Single target, Dispell, damage.
Erosion Dust: Aoe, Dia, Damage.
Frantic Fluter: Aoe, light damage, HUGE Haste (dispell Hundred fist like)
???: Heals for about 1000.

Im not positive but I believe that these spawn from the Wamoura Prince in the areas around them. They do have True Sight... usually I would just e-seal gravity and {Run away} to the zone line when they despawn they wont come back as anything else but a Wamoura Prince =) happy camping BLM's. GO Mount Zhayolm!
