i usually get both varieties dropped from the same mob.. have no idea what they're worth, but i do know they are used by alchemists.. so why not? quicker than tree cuttings, and silk..

now if i could just get better armor..

I soloed these for about an hour or two and I got lots of sleepshrooms and woozyshrooms...

equal amounts of drops for both variaties
