I soloed this is 75rdm/35 whm using the bind nuke kite method. I used a dark staff to help with sleep and nuked with Stone III. Took a while to kill but was generally easy. Took me about a half hour total.
Peacock Charm: 2.5 million gil
Enfeebling Torque: 750,000 gil
Running from bastok to windy via Jeuno at level 1 and naked: Priceless
There are some things gil can't buy, for everything else there's gilsellers =P

Solo'd this RDM/BLU. No food. Just turtled up with SS, phalanx, coccoon and his attacks rarely broke through SS. Kept Bio II, slow II on him. Also found ice spikes to be quite effective.

Just beware Blink of Peril. Caught me twice with this when he charged while I was doing Evisceration. But if you are vigilant and only WS after he's done a non-threatening TP move, you can turn and avoid it.

Soloed as PUP/WAR 75, was too easy. Petrificative Breath didn't land once, Blaster wasn't a problem thanks to my Automaton's paralyna, and I was able to avoid BLink of Peril just by facing away the monster when it readies the ability...also War Lynx was missing a lot, but he was hitting me for 70-80 damage with Defender up.

whm75/smn37 and i, drk73/war36 duo'd this nm. No problems really, used blink of peril on me twice, took me down each time to around 7hp o.o Then whm got hate, cure me, and we were back up and running. Titans special move missed, but my weaponskills cut through him easy enough

Just finished soloing this NM as RDM75/NIN30(yeah I know gimpy sub, but still do surprisingly well ~.^)and was a lot easier than I had originally thought would be.
Started fight with Joyeuse and Macuahuitl +1 and equipped Jelly Ring, buffed up and popped him. Immediately hit him with Paralyze II and Slow II and cast Enstone(to help add some damage) and made sure Barpetrify was up(which helped as his petrify move Petrifactive Breath only last a second or two).
Fight was fairly basic until his HP was about 50% then he used Blink of Peril which ate Stoneskin and took 637 HP, but with shadows still up recovery was easy. He uses Charging Whisker as well but did no damage and his overall accuracy wasn't too bad.

All in all was a fun fight!

On a side note he does have the usual Coeurl silence move so Echo Drops good to bring along

Easy solo for BLM

For the NM, it is easily soloed by a mediocre BLM75/WHM37.

I am not particularly great at soloing, but I had no issues at all with this mob. I stuck mostly with Stone spells, unsure if the hint from the CS was important. Neither Stone nor Blizzard spells were resisted at all.

If you need help for soloing:

Hit the ??? for the CS.

Buff (RR, Protect, Shell, Stoneskin, Blink), Rest to full.

Pop mob. Sleep (sleep 1) FACE AWAY FROM THE MOB

Stone IV - Stun - Bind (then move away a little) - Stonega III - Sleep II - Rebuff - Rest

5x rounds of that and you have won.

I would also suggest that Blizzard IV would also work (any IV instead of Thunder really) and likely have no resists. Cheaper on MP, near-same results. Stun wont last long typically, and you may just ignore it in the list. A Yag drink, or the Hi-Ether reward from the previous mission would speed things up, as well as Manafont. AMII would work well with Manafont, though is not needed.

Stone IV + Stonega III did about 23% damage per turn, and I am only moderately equipped (HQ staff is the only standout).

It is also important to face away from the mob, so you don't get hit with its WS/2hour move that puts you to near-death. It was a total miss on me when I was facing away.
