Vana'diel Bestiary: Savanna Rarab  

These are good prey at about level 3, though they're not common enough to hunt down by themselves. Be sure to check them first, as they vary quite a bit in level. Count yourself lucky here, this is a very rare instance in which rarabs do not link. Starting in Tahrongi Canyon, and throughout the game, they will link on sight.

Savanna Rarabs are located throughout both East and West Sarutabaruta.

Savanna Rarabs are classified as Vermin.
