Odd. Bismarck's got Darkenvoy and Forcenvoy.
But anyway, anyone have any idea of the spawns now? Because I don't. And it's killing me. Iceangel's getting maybe 7/10 sales, all for 100k (was 50k two weeks ago. Not a coincidence that Angels for more sales as price went up.)

I was farming in Korroloka tunnel, smashing Jellies and Gigas yesterday, and found the "???". I obviously quickly traded my Iron Ore to it, and during the fight, I thought I would see if i had beated the famed Gilseller duo to the claim. Much to my surprise, they were nowhere to be found; neither Moodcn or Resegirl were even online!
I've also been checking on them ever since, and they seem to be avoiding Korroloka all together. So, Unicorners, get it while it's hot!

Well, I checked the price of these at the AH and then decided to give camping him a shot.
I went really early in the morning, and only 12 people were there, none around spawn areas.
I waited around, not exactly knowing where to look, and finally happened upon a ???, quickly trading an ore to it.
The worm popped, and I didn't get the Tathum, but he did leave me a nice parting gift of a Darksteel Ore.
I invited a friend to come camp him on the other side, and on his way, I got the pop again and this time got the drop.
A few minutes later, my friend arrived, and we camped opposite ends of the zone. I hear him exclaim he got the ???, next thing I see in the party chat is "You find a Morion Tathum on the Morion Worm."
So 2/3 on the first night camping is really nice. Best part is I'm using mine! ^_^ Totally glad I came and did this. :) It was definately nice to earn the drop rather than pay 100k for it, which is about what it goes for on Sylph right now.

Camping this NM used to be fun before the gil sellers...My record with Morion is 18/83, and Resegirl and Moodcn now camp it 24/7 and train you or hold spawns from you so you will leave. It really sucks to see the history with just their names on it...

Damn gil sellers... on Ifrit, Randoy (Elvaan PLD) and Aoyang (Galka MNK) are in Korroloka Tunnel nearly 24 hours a day for the last... 2 or 3 months. Might have been more, I just never really bothered to go there much. But yeah, if you're on Ifrit, do a /sea all on either of them. You'll ALWAYS see Randoy in the tunnel or in Bastok putting up socks (I buy socks, so I see it in history). Same for Aoyang, though I've actually seen em in Beadeaux once killing Ooze and Old's (and doing poorly at that, anon but could tell how low lvl was because of the damage to em). They pt sometimes, making me assume working for the same seller. The tathlums they get are sent to Wyl or something like that in Jeuno. How do I know this? Wyl dominates the tathlum market in singles AND stacks. Thats right, stacks. There are like 5 or so STACKS sales from that Wyl account. Considering that those guys are the ONLY ones in the tunnel nearly 24/7, they're the only ones capable of doing this. Besides that, you'll almost never see Wyl (or whatever that account name was) online. Much less in the Tunnel.

I Really need the tathalum for my Smn. Ive been lookin for the ???s for a couple days now without luck. Could someone PIZ tell me the spawn points? I heard they were changed with and update><.

This use to be my favorite nm to camp back when it had a 15 minute spawn time. Can anyone tell me if they've changed it to lottery, or is it one hour now.
I was down there farming slimes/water elementals for alchemy there was no one hunting the worm that i saw, for giggles i brought an iron ore just in case and sure enough i found the ???, then i found another one approx 30 min later. It was strange because the 2nd ??? was a distance away from where i have seen the worms spawn. seems it can be a random distance/direction from a normal worm spawnpoint.
first kill: iron ore (yay) copper ore
2nd kill: copper / tin
was a fun experience to say the least.

From my experience, (now 0-13), the patch has changed the pop from 15 min to about 25-35ish minutes. I got it at 25 min, and I'm not sure about any time after that. It has new spawns too ; ;

Well, wasn't suprised after update. They changed the spawns for MW. Just saw Resegirl (damn the B***h) get it at a new spawn. *sigh* This wont stop em hopefully the 15min timer is off now, cuz thats what made it easy for them. How pretty....she's not killing it again so I can't time it. Well, this is fun.

I am 0/10 on the tathlum without TH, i might try with TH next time ^^ all i get are tin ores and copper ores, gotten 4 dark steel ores tho

Caught it on Fairy versus a gilseller named Firenvoy (Bard 50 or so) that teams up with Darkenvoy. (They each camp one end of the tunnel) but since they have to look over 2 points...and we were 2, on the same side, we knew the exact points on the altepa side, waited until the ??? appeared, each with an iron ore and a macro...I got it to spawn (THF 35) and called my buddy RDM 40.
He doesn't have Refresh, is Elvaan (not that great mana), but with me using SA at the right time, he can Convert > Cure III with less than 20 HP just fine, since I grab hate for the time he converts...
well we got it to spawn, but we only got copper and tin ores...not lucky I guess

This NM is damn near impossible to camp on Unicorn thanks to Resegirl and Moodcn. I have tried to camp a couple of times off and on with some friends hoping to get it but to no avail.
I have no idea how they (the gilsellers) can be so damn fast because they somehow get it to spawn long before i even see the ???. The Morion Tathlums are now 70k on Unicorn thanks to these two people as well as the idiots who actually pay that much (they used to be 30-35k a few months ago) for it.

OK, I camped this freak for 3 hours thismorning with no other campers in my area...he spawned: 0 times near the Bastok end at the top of the stairs. He spawned 0 times in the middle area. And he spawned 0 times at the end area at the top of the other stairs. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I'm doing wrong???
There's a Dragoon on my server (Garuda) who's always hunting this Worm. I've seen her every single time I've been in the tunnel this past few weeks.
The spawn place is also now a haven to lvl 16 - 18s levelling up on Land Worms. There always seems to be one party or another sitting there when I pass, so it's highly recommended you use a trade macro if you're hunting this thing on Garuda.

This is a small guide to campin this thing.
*I got most of this info from a fellow camper that was beating me to almost every spawn. So i decided to follow this guy around and here is what i got from it...
Spawn Time - 15 min
Drop Rate - about 1/5 or so
Spawn Points - 6 ???'s (all of them are above the little canyon area)
By yourself:
Start at one end of the tunnel and run to the other 15 minutes after the last worm's death. I normally wait 15:10 just to make sure it didnt pop at my end. Then run to the other end of the tunnel going above. You will know when you pass by the middle spawn point because there are worms all around.
If you have 2 people:
start on each end of the zone and run to eachother after waiting 15 minutes after the last spawn, but to check all spawn points you must take the top route (sorry no slimes)
If you have 3 people:
Go to all three spawn areas, 2 points each, and wait... I find this to be the most boring actually.
A few last pointers...
If there are fellow campers amoung you that are not in your party make sure you clock when the last worm died. If you are there to farm as well, you can run down, kill some slimes, and then start your next run.
I strongly suggest camping this (unless you are on leviathan ^^) because on most servers this is not over camped, also another one of its drops is darksteel ore (i have found it to be ~1/2) which is a lot better than campin LL for 2hours and walking away with a lizard tail if you are lucky >.<

Can a 38 rdm/19 war take this? I have phalanx, stoneskin, protect 2, blink, aquavail etc. What food should I get? Should I chainspell and just nuke him? Btw don't say nothing about rdm/war only one guy ever turned me down on this combo.

can a lvl50thf/25rng solo this nm?
with the joy motion macro i "have" lol not "and" typed that wrong. I didnt kill any worms to get the ??? to spawn but there were some level 19s a bard and a ranger there leveling that i kept healing when the where low on life killing worms not sure if that made a diff or not but 15 min spawn on the dot every time and the ??? was just up the stairs in the tunnel that goes left if coming from bastok to altep entrance u could see it from the main tunnel if facing the tunnle that goes left
I finally got this i was on the day Halo 2 came out and on cerebus server there are i guess gillfarmers there Keel<----/angry and xaioxaio<----/angry always there camping this guy i search the area and they werent there! I ran to my mog picked up 3 pieces of iron ore i was saving for such an occasion. I ran past the 1st spawn area right by the stairs in the tunnel where i saw keel killing the Nm once and didnt see it i dont know where the middle spawn is so i ran the the end just up the stairs and to the left in that tunnel there the ??? was i trade my ore level 52rdm/15tfh and it popped i killed it no drop :( as i was killing it Gogeta a level 60 Rdm in full artifact said he was glad i got it and not the gillfarmers. He said that we should camp each spot so the gilfarmers would get it so we did i took the back he took the front and his friend too the middle. The??? spawns every 15min on the dot bc Gogeta sent me a tell and told me to be ready it spawned in the middle his friend killed it no drop but then his friend had to log i looked to my left there was Xaio Xaio he logged on i was like great !15min passed and nothing Gogeta ran to the middle and the ??? was there he killed it and got a free piece of iron ore another 15 min and it popped at me Gogeta told me to set up a trade macro /item "Iron Ore" <t> i did and i got the pop as i was killing the worm Xaio Xaio ran up and start spaming /point at the Nm i killed it got 3 copper ore and the Morion tathlum WHHOOOhoooo i equipped it right in front of the gillfarmer and flipped him off with the /joy motion macro i and lol

Okay, this has been asked like 4-5 times and you all keep dancing around a real answer. What are the POS's of the worms spawn points on each map.

lol To get morion u just find an area with alot of worms and kill them. The ??? will pop where they die.spawn time is about an hour. If on Lakshmi dont bother though...lol.
