Ran into this guy when a couple of friends of mine were running around killing Gigases for gil. 3 People RDM, BLM, PLD (Me)
A little more than halfway into the fight he charmed me. So of course, I attack the frail Taru BLM. Dealing a measly 40-50 damage a hit. The BLM was going to cast Burst on me before charm wore off.
Funny to say the least. Not funny when the BLM was only 50xp or so into 60 :x
Anyway, he dropped socks and a Gigas Necklace.

As a 64 THF/WHM I had him and 2 other gigas beating on me during the entire fight. After killing him I was in the red HP at about 250. I used a divine seal cure III on myself and did a couple dancing edges. He tried to use charm on me but it failed. Clearly much harder than all the surrounding gigas, do not try to beat him unless you are pretty high, or clear out the other gigas first. If you run into trouble, try running back to the teleporter and using it. If you are quick enough it's just like changing a zone you will be safe.
very easy for rdms, kileld him solo with both adds as a 56 rdm/blm just kept stoneskin up and phalanx, and beat away...didn't try to charm me cuz i didn't kill his bats, only got socks though :/
Fight with him was not as easy as the giants in the area nearby. I was getting hurt with phalanx and protect III at lvl 60 RDM. Never risked dieing to speak of but it still kinda had me wondering what was gonna happen at first. Yes he has HELLA hp.Dropped Both gigas socks and necklace along with 122 gil which i might add isnt much :P

Too Weak @Lv60, be careful though he can charm you.
fought the guy...well me and a 62drk that is in my ls. I fought the gigas that were around him while he was guillotining and killing the nm. Quite easy nm considering. All we got were socks though -_-

if youre gonna camp him, make sure you kill all the gigas' bafore you take him on. . . me and my friend killed him last night, and about 4 other gigas' at the same time >.< she had to use bene right near the end, cause we were both down to about 100 hp. im a lvl 50 drg, and shes a lvl 46 whm. . . money is great up there with gilfinder and only two pt members ^^ made about 5k just from money dropped. . . but anyway. .. i think hes much harder than mimas. . . mimas normally goes down in about one penta and an extra hit or two lol and only ever does about 100 dmg to me =P so anyway. . . this guy is a bit harder id say. . . but maybe it was just because we had about 6 mobs on us at once >.<

He isn't that high. The only difference between him and all the other gaints in the area is that he has HP up the ying-yang. He hits for the same amount as most other gaints as I believe, but maybe he hits just a bit harder.
If he charms your friend...your friend begins to fight you and stuff...very unhappy situations espically when your friend is a dark knight and hes hitting you for 150 damage...

Two friends and I killed Enkelados today and it also drops Gigas Socks and a Mahogany Shield. We didn't get the bracelets. Lv61DRG, Lv54THF, Lv61BLM.
I'm not sure of his spawn time but it seems to be very rare as I've been up there for many hours killing things without seeing him.
One time when my friend and I fought him, he did charm but it didnt work. I wonder what happens when it's successful. I think my friend would have slaughtered me if it had worked. At that time we were both around lv58 I think. My friend is DRG and I'm BLM.

not sure what lvl.. but he seemed easier to kill than mimas spawn time isnt 2hrs :( PT sat there 2hrs 30min afterwards killing Gigas and no more spawns..

Does anyone acctually know what level this guy is? We have been treasure hunting in Delkfutt's Tower for a while now, saw Mimas once but high level jappos got him first. PS he was a sam with a polearm and he did pentastrike every other attack, very awesome.

But for now I am stuck using the lowly double thrust (or against crabs that I can't do $#*! for dmg to or when I need another skill chain option, raiden thrust)
