Historical Information

Atropa belladonna, commonly known as belladonna or deadly nightshade, is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Solanaceae, native to Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia. The foliage and berries are extremely toxic, containing tropane alkaloids. These toxins include scopolamine and hyoscyamine which cause a bizarre delirium and hallucinations. The drug atropine is derived from the plant.

Finally got the drop on this thing, must have been 1/20 something. Strangely enough I used to camp it as RDM, the drop happened when I checked it out on the way to a Campaign as SAM. I like this belt. It's rather nice!

-Timed spawn on the ledge around (G-7) amongst the Rafflesia every 90-100 minutes. It will very rarely exceed a 10 minute window.
-Melee attacks have Additional Effect: Drain.
-Appears to be extremely resistant or immune to Gravity, Bind and Sleep. Very susceptible to Slow, Paralyze and Blind.

Drop rate seems poor. I personally went 1/25ish (stopped counting a bit in the teens), with about half of those attempts as /THF for TH1 and a couple tries with a TH3 THF friend helping me. Talked to a couple 75THF campers as well (one TH3, one TH4) who were 0/double digits.

Of course, lucky friend went 1/2 as RNG/NIN.

At least it's a very easy NM to camp. Timed spawn with a 10min window, I never saw it pop outside of the 90-100 min window from time of last death. It's also easy to get to, since it's right next to the point where the WotG warp NPCs send you into West Sarutabaruta [S].

Soloed with no trouble at all on 72MNK geared for haste/evasion (various subs, I came /DNC, /WAR, and /THF). Also soloed easily on 75PUP, I used full Stormwaker frame to nuke, enfeeble, and cure.
