Just killed it with a group of 10, could be easily done with a PT or less. PLD/NIN tank, random melee DD, RDM/WHM BLM/RDM and BLU/NIN support.
*First of all, it's a Damselfy, not a Raffelsia. Wind based.
*Found G-4/5 in Fort Karugo-Narugo [S]
*Hit me, unbuffed MNK 75, for ~260-380 with Enparalyze effect.
*Normal double attack rate
*Uses mostly (only?) Cursed Sphere, and always uses it 3x in a row, back to back to back. Did 180-300 damage to me, again an unbuffed MNK 75.
*Dropped Aptant of Bellum and a Wind Crystal.
